The Spicy Muffin Bar is on a journey to open the first fully stocked 0% bar lounge and event space. We are innovative makers of luxury spiced cakes made with organic and natural ingredients and alcohol free cocktails with spice and herb infusions. ​
THE RANGE
Our range of innovative and original recipes created by the Owner and Founder of The Spicy Muffin Bar. It started with Seifa's Sweet Plantain cake (Great Taste Award winner) and then came Strawberry Dreams (more on that soon). The recipe tests continue in the background with more original and unique recipes to come in the near future.

This takes the thinking out of your private or corporate event with pre-mixed alcohol-free cocktails, prosecco and our luxury cake tins.
SPICED CAKE MIXES
Easy to use mixes with dry, pre-measured organic and natural ingredients. All you need are 3 simple wet ingredients and you are under 30 minutes away from enjoying delicious muffins or cupcakes. These mixes can also be used to create a 6 inch Bento cake. ​​​

For over 15 years now, a number of friends, family and work colleagues have been gifted my creations. It's the best thing to give even the person who technically wants no presents. Unbeknownst to said recipients, they have all been my guinea pigs but in my defense, they participated very happily.
​I went on a food plan back in 2017 and my food tolerances completely changed. My body could no longer handle over-processed foods which is a good thing for my health, but such a shame when it comes to having a baked treat!
​
Enter, the creative geek... I refined my well tested sponge cake recipe and began playing with flavour pairings and spices which has been very interesting and so much fun. Being tee-total, I also wanted an alternative to cocktails that I could enjoy after a long day or on special occasions. Now, I get to share the fruits of all that delicious testing with you!
Using a short list of good, natural and organic ingredients, I was able to continue to help others feel seen and celebrated but I could also be part of those special moments.
