Deliveries are currently to UK mainland only.  

Our spiced cakes delivered straight to your door or you can order for delivery to a special someone.

We take pride in baking fresh to order. To maintain freshness, our dry and perishable ingredients are bought based your orders plus a percentage for contingency. No large packs of ingredients sitting around here for months.

We use DPD for deliveries but where there are any delivery issues with DPD, we will notify you and may use a different courier. The contact number you provide during ordering will be passed to the delivery company to keep you updated about your delivery.  

When you receive your order, please check it before signing for your delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately on 0203-856-4750 or send a message via WhatsApp on 0745 741 8146 and we will do our best to rectify the situation. 

For damaged products or products that are not as described, we will offer a credit note or a refund. We will need your name, order number and a picture showing the issue, this will be reviewed before an offer is made. The amount offered will depend of the extent of the issue.

No refund will be given where there is:

• No one available to accept the order
• A known postal delay affecting your delivery
• A lost or stolen order after delivery has been confirmed
• A minor difference between the product image and the items delivered
• Dissatisfaction with the product based on personal preference

All processed refunds are made to the original payment card or email used when placing the order. 

There are no deliveries on Sunday or Bank Holidays. 

Your details will only be used for communication regarding your order, booking or waiting list progress and future events/product offers including Birthday Club discounts if you have joined the club. 

Our customer details are held on servers owned by Wix.com (our website hosts), Square (our store payments provider), Googleworkspace and Gmail (our email provider). Your details will not be shared with any other party however, should you wish for your details to be removed, please email HelloSpicyMuffin@GMAIL.COM or use the contact page to let us know. We aim to remove details at the request of the customer within 10 working days from the request.

Order cancellations can only be made within 24hours of placing your order by emailing hellospicymuffin@gmail.com

We do not accept returns for baked cakes and mocktails. Only returns for our non-perishable products will be accepted. If you prefer to claim a refund or credit, please return the non-perishable products to us within 14 days of delivery, at your own cost.
